  Requirements:1.Bachelors Degree， Organic Polymer Materials Science or a closely related field.2.3 years organic polymer components， PCBA or related working experience is preferred， Telecommunication industry and international companies are preferred3.Knowledge of FTIR， TGA， X-Ray， SEM/EDS， cross-section， tensile testing and failure mode analysis skills is must.4.Familiar with MINITAB， data Analysis focused on SPC， X-bar， Hypothesis testing， Regression analysis， MSA and DOE.5.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills6.Strong interpersonal skills and able to work in cross functional teams 7.Proficient with Microsoft Office tools8.Available for travel up to 10% of time Duties and Responsibilities: 1.Create test plan， purchase test equipments， and develop test work instruction. 2.Focus on material and product reliability evaluation， re-qualification， material projects.3.Work for material failure analysis， write test report and provide technical comments or suggestions on results， coordinate with supplier quality engineer on material quality control and improvement.4.Other normal testing and analysis support for cross-function dept.5.Provide technical training to lab staff.如欲申请此职位，请在线投递简历或以“姓名 apply for(45)Material Analysis Engineer (质量部门)”为邮件标题发送简历至recruitment.csc@commscope.com，谢谢合作！
