Merchandiser Manager采购/产品经理

  岗位职责：1. Execute the strategy from Product Category Manager to design a product line structure that maximizes gross profit dollars and customer relevance. Execute the product offering in breadth and depth and the numbers of price tiers， all to best drive top-line sales growth while maximizing profitability.2.Set up the pricing by marketing research and company pricing strategy that supports the desired line structure， including identification of primary competitors and relative positioning of those competitors.3.Manage the cost structure of the product lines and segments4.Develop， Maintain and manage the relationship with the suppliers to optimize the company’s financial and operational results， continuously improve supplier performance5.Negotiate and finalize Supply Agreement Letter (SAL)6.Work with appropriate Supply Chain partners to execute product line activity in a manner that enhances the company’s inventory/ logistics objectives7.Continually monitor the financial performance of the assigned product line and segment to ensure there is constant feedback into success of the product line strategy execution8.Other tasks assigned by Product Category Manager9.Indirectly lead PIS for data accuracy and data integrity10.Indirectly lead PMS or APMS for sales revenue and gross profit11.Indirectly lead PMS and PIS for catalog production12.Have direct supplier management responsibilities， he/ she will have responsibility for the supplier management effectiveness to ensure the effective execution of the category portfolio strategy from Product Category Manager.任职要求：1.Bachelors Degree required， MBA preferred along with 7 + years of related experience in Procurement， Merchandising， Product Management， Distribution or Retail industries preferred.2.Experience in Tools， Material Handling， Janitorial， Fasteners， Pumps and plumbing， Power transmission， Lighting and electrical， Safety and security， PPE.3.Skillful in developing supplier relationship and driving suppliers performance improvement.4.Strong time management skills and ability to set priorities， proven project management skills are very desirable.5.Skillful in MS office.6.Experience to develop and improve standard processes preferred.7.Result driven and details oriented.8.Excellent communication skills， excellent English skills are preferred.
