Production Engineer (PUR)

  What we offer:

1. Ensure compliance with Henkel Safety Health Environment and business ethics standards， and ensure Process Risk Assessment guideline is fully implemented in daily process management.
2. Establish standard operating conditions and monitor standard operation procedures implementation. Periodically involve in the review of control plan and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis and Be responsible to update all documentation according to process improvement result
3. Provide customer assistance to meet product and quality needs. And investigate production related complaints， Possible future involvement in quality control and customer’s quality problem solving， Be responsible for product trial， keep the communication with Product Development and process engineer to ensure smooth production
4. Conduct daily work order， maintenance of production Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions in SAP， Provide timely and efficiency support to production line for process problem， Involve some projects to improve whole production performance， including quality， capacity， waste management， cost down and improve yields， etc. Implement LEAN production and Manufacturing Execution System
5. 5S improvement， collaboration with other department improve overall efficiency.
                        
Who we are looking for:
1. Bachelor degree in polymer or related field of Chemical Engineering
2. Minimum of five (5) years related work experience in chemical industry and minimum of one (1) year experience in leadership
3. Good written and verbal communication skills， English proficiency is plus.
4. Experience in Polyurethane Hot melt is preferred
5. Familiar with process safety management and risk management
