空运出口部-客服经理

  Air Freight Export customer Service Manager
职位要求:
-本科以上学历，CET-6，英文口语熟练。
-5年相关行业经验及2年以上团队管理经验。
-优秀的内部和外部的沟通。
-具备业务开发能力者优先。

具体职责：
1、管理团队日常工作，全面解决出口团队负责的业务问题，操作问题及确保货物以最有效的方式出运。
2、具备市场分析及判断能力，并指导定价及报价/竞标相关工作。
3、审核及批准空运出口的所有工作单据。
4、参与部门预算及目标的编制和实施，确保完成部门各项指标。
5、有效管理团队，并对员工做出合理绩效评估。
6、持续培训员工技能及职业素养。
7、阶段工作计划及成果总结。
8、整合资源并带领团队完成既定/短期部门目标。
9、筛选并确定合格的供应商建立全面供应商体系。
10、监督并指导完成部门业务发展及相关发展支持工作。
11、定期对主要客户及供应商商务拜访


Qualification:
1、 Bachelor degree， CET-6 or above， good oral English
2、 5 years forwarding industry experiences or above， Min 2 years team management experiences
3、Good communication skill with all internal & external parties
4、The candidate who has Business Development ability would be taken as priority

Job Description:
1、Manage the team daily operation works， solving issues/problems for air freight export， and ensure cargo moved in most efficient way.
2、Good marketing knowledge/sense to guide rates/quotation also tender works.
3、check and approve for all air freight export jobs .
4、Participate in the compilation and implementation of department budgets， forecasts & strategic plans ， and ensure team target achieved，
5、Efficient management skill， and evaluate individual KPI performance.
6、Organize team training to improve team’s professionalism.
7、Business planning &summary from time to time.
8、optimize all resources to lead the team to achieve the best goal.
9、Qualified suppliers selection as well as a suppliers platform building-up.
10、Lead the team BD and BD supporting relevant works.
11、Frequently commercial visits to key account also major suppliers.
