（一）提供虚假入境证明文件的；

（二）将注册登记证书或注册登记编号转让其他企业使用的；

（三）输出废物原料时存在弄虚作假等欺诈行为；

（四）输出废物原料环保项目严重不合格或存在严重疫情风险的；

（五）B类预警期间，再次发生触发B类预警情形之一的；

（六）不配合退运的；

（七）对已退运的不合格废物原料再次运抵大陆地区的；

（八）不接受监督管理或后续现场监督检查发现不符合《进口可用作原料的固体废物检验检疫监督管理办法》（质检总局令第119号）第八条规定的。

说明：被撤销的AQSIQ证书无法再次正常使用。
