一、电火花真空检测仪概述
本产品利用高频电火花检测各种器件真空程度，具有安全可靠,使用方便的特点,是电子管、阴极射线管、气体激光管、各种灯泡等玻璃抽气产品检测真空程度的必须仪器。

三、电火花真空检测仪工作原理
接通电源后由L1与CD产生振铃，在CD的触点之间发生电火花现象，激励C及L2组成的回路串联谐振，经L3感应产生高频电压，然后由放电簧F放出高频电火花，即可使用。

四、电火花真空检测仪调整及使用
先把放电簧插头插入前面插座，然后将电源插头插入220V/50HZ交流电源，接通开关，此时在放电簧端应看到紫色火花。将放电簧移近任何金属物体时，应产生不少于三条火花线，长度不短于20MM。如无火花产生或火花线甚少，或长度甚短，则可调节检测器后面的旋钮，便产生火花，并调节火花至最多最长为止。
火花正常后，便可对电子管或其他玻璃真空容器检测其真空程度。
将放电簧对准被测器件，如其真空度相当高时，则紫色火花局限在玻璃壁外。若真空度不高或非真空时，放电簧端的高频电火花（高压）引起容器内气体电离，并产生辉光。

五、电火花真空检测仪注意事项
1.本产品供间歇使用（即时开关）如需连续使用（即长时间开着），应需注意，勿使温升超过120℃，以免烧毁线圈。
2.使用时，人体不能靠近或接触高压线圈圆锥形部分，否则有强烈火花电弧跃出会将线圈烧坏。
3.在测玻璃器件时，必须来回移动不要停留，若时间超过五秒钟以上，电火花易将玻璃击穿。
4.在检测器使用一段时间后，接触部分可能会烧浊，可用砂布砂光后继续使用。
5.平时不用时应将调节旋钮旋出（即逆时针旋转），使用时把旋钮缓缓旋入（顺时针方向旋转），但应防止接触头短路，将震动线圈烧坏。万一发生接触头短路，（或其他故障）时将内部拆卸出来检修。
