    氮气检测仪广泛用于化肥、石油化工、空分以及生物发酵等工业生产过程中氮气含量的检测 .空分制氮、化工流程氮气纯度自动分析,磁性材料等高温烧结炉的保护性气体中氮含量分析;电子行业、玻璃、建材行业等工业生产过程中氮气纯度的在线检测。
    一、概述
    本仪器是采用测氧原理, 通过氧气传感器把气体中的氧浓度转换成电信号,经减法器的计算从而倒算出氮气含量,并直接显示被测气体中的氮气百分比含量。仪表采用先进的中大规模集成电路及5位半L E D高亮度数字显示器,具备数码拨盘设定下限控制功能,方便快捷。当被监控系统的氮含量低于设定值时,控制触点启动,并有声/光同时报警。仪表还有4-20MA同步信号输出,并有自动稳零功能,仪器能直接显示十万分之一读数(99.999%),具有响应快、精度高、稳定、可靠、操作简便等特点。本仪器可利用空气的氮气的含量79.0%定标,操作方便,并设有量程自动转换电路,当氮气浓度大于90.3%时,这时仪器量程自动转换,读数为90.300%。
    当氮气浓度低于1号下限设定值时(假如是99.96%),报警指示灯亮,同时有报警声响,1号报警输出开关启动(可当预警提示,或启动相应的设备).. 当氮气浓度继续下降低于2号下限设定值时(假如是99.93%), 2号报警输出开关启动.(可根椐需要启动相应的控制设备)..这样更有利于产品质量的生产管理.如果只用1路设定值,那就把2号下限控制数码拨至90.00即可.2种仪表都带有4~20mA信号输出可与记录仪连接。
    本仪器适用于变压吸附制氮机,空分设备,以及氮氧混合气中的氮气浓度分析、监测和控制。

    四、原理:
    仪器由氧电极、放大器、比较器、减法器,报警器等部分组成。氧电极:为极谱法隔膜式,采用铂金为阴极,银氯化银为阳极,以聚四氟乙稀为渗透隔离膜,气样中氧可透过薄膜到达阴极,在650mV的极化电压下发生如下反应。
    阴极:O2+H2O+4e→40H—
    阳极:Ag++C1-→AgC1↓+e
    反映可迅速达到平衡,同时产生一个极限扩散电流,此电流的大小正比于气样中的氧分压。此电流通过放大器放大,通过减法器由显示屏直接显示出被测气中的氮气含量,同时输出4-20电流.供外接记录仪或微机作数据记录,可使测量资料存档。另外信号经拨盘数码开关控制.,当被测气体中的氮气含量超过设定值时,仪器发出声,光报警.同时启动相应的控制继电器动作,以带动各类控制设备.
