奥斯佳材料科技（上海）有限公司是由奥斯佳材料集团于2010年完成对上海松江迈图有机硅有限公司的收购后正式成立的外商独资企业，注册资本740万美元。公司位于交通便利的上海市松江工业区，总占地面积10484平米。公司于2010年9月开工建设，2011年6月一期竣工投产，目前公司正着手于2期项目，整个项目预计于2012年底竣工，届时将形成年产4000吨的规模，更好的服务于中国市场。奥斯佳材料科技（上海）有限公司是专业的助剂生产商，研发、生产和销售为一体的科技型公司，主要产品包括水性氯丁胶黏剂，水性聚氨酯胶黏剂。为客户提供整体助剂解决方案。应用领域广泛涵盖家具家电、汽车、建筑、皮革、纺织等多个行业。公司一直倡导和实践健康环保的理念，并将这一理念在公司的发展方向和，产品研发和生产当中予以实践。主打产品，DCA系列水性环保产品是新一代的环保类胶水，已经成功应用到了家具、汽车、建材、箱包、制鞋等多个行业中。OSiC Performance Materials (Shanghai) Co. ,LTD. the Multinational Chemical Company, was founded on the integrate of the Shanghai Songjiang Momentive Performance Materials in 2010. The total investment was $7.4 million. Located in the Songjiang Industrial Zone, Shanghai city, the company covers 10484 square meter. The company 1st phase construction had been launched in Sep. 2010 and put into production in Jun. 2011.Now the capacity expansion project had already started and commission startup will be at the end of the 2012.The output will increase to 4000MT /Y after the project finished. Then, OSIC can provide better service to the Chinese market. OSiC Performance Materials (Shanghai) Co. ,LTD. was a professional industrial additive supplier. Main product is water borne adhesive. Our product can be applied to many fields , like furniture, appliance, automobile, construction, leather and textile The OSIC plant, having comprehensive Quality and S.H.E system, was operated with world-class standard. The environmental friendly company is the goal for the whole OSIC enterprise. We implement the goal during the product development.DCA series product is new generation of water borne adhesive with 0 VOC. This series of products have been applied to many fields like Furniture, automobile, construction suitcases and shoes product essfully.
