圆盘取样器HD-807产品简介：
本仪器适用于切取各种毛纺、棉纺、化纤、针织等织物的圆形样品。可迅速精密地将各种织物，切割成一个特定面积之圆形样品，秤重后可得出每平方米之克数。

使圆盘取样器HD-807用方法：
1、将待裁织物平铺在橡胶垫上，将圆盘取样器放在织物上，拉出取样器上的锁紧装置，旋转约 90 度，一手扶住外罩，一手握住波纹手轮，并施加压力，然后顺时针旋转波纹手轮（转角大于 90 度），即可将圆试样裁取。
2、取样器使用后即锁紧装置，旋转原位，使刀片不能外露，以免伤手和其他物品。
结构与调整：
1、切刀刀片为双面刀片共有四片，为圆外接四等份均布，刀片可以更换，具体操作为：松开螺钉（每片上有四颗螺钉），取下刀片压板与取样刀片，换上新的刀片，压上刀片压板，注意使刀片口为顺时针切向，并使四片刀口处于同一平面，然后拧紧螺钉即可。
2、HD-807仪器底部有直纹刻痕，用于固定试样，便于切割，防止试样打滑。
