FSJ Series high performance single screw extruders designed by our company adopt European latest advanced technology. The single screw extruder is mainly used to process PP, PE, PP-R, ABS and other plastics. Equipped with auxiliary machines, it can produce profiles, pipes, sheets, granules and other plastic products.
Characteristic:
1. Screw in a low speed and high unit output, can realize the low speed but high efficiency.
2. FRIEND single screw extruder firstly achieves that the output of extruder is direct proportion to the speed of per turn, can measuring extrusion.
3. Taken full advantage of the motor power, the per KW motor power can realize output 4.5-5.0KG.
4. Double separation thread and efficient mixing rubber section, can ensure material plastication completely, and enhance mixing of master batch.
5. Adopt the most advanced electromagnetic heating circle, the electricity utilization rate 98%, saving energy 50%.
6. Adopt digital control, PLC program control and PCC industrial computer remote control three kind of ways, can meet different user’s requirements.
